Okay. Bye! (at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 Gate C24)
The power of encouragement and motivation from someone who barely knew me. Kind and humble. I word to describe, touched.
I’ll do my best and come back with stories to share (: Thank you Willie!
We live in a world of facade which we all start to be skeptical and worry about everything.
But there are people like them which I’ve only got to know them for the shortest amount of time I feel welcomed.
Thank you Gette, May , Diana and Jamie for opening my social life, not being judgemental about me.
We all have our pros and cons. I believe all of us have a sad story behind our beautiful smiling face but that’s what make us stronger and motivated us to move on.
Love you people. (at Tiong Bahru Bakery Tangs Orchard)

My body after close to 3 years of training. No where close to having those solid hard abs, I’m satisfied with this. The tough part is maintaining it.
High carb diet pays in the long run. You get more energy you function well and your body don’t go into starvation mode.
Eat your fats and go for full fat and don’t be mimicked by low fat items as they are replaced by other additives.
You can have your cupcake and eat it too. Never deprive yourself from food. Bodies go on strike too. Have your waffles, ice cream. I eat them every alternate days and my body has return its thanks by giving this. Is all about discipline.
OK I’m going back to my chocolates.
